The agreement came after the extension of the partnership between Pavilion Energy and Gasum in October 2022 to develop an LNG bunker supply network for their customers in Singapore and Northern Europe.
They also said that the participation of CNOOC, a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, will also support the collaboration and will encourage the use of LNG as a cleaner marine fule as the maritime industry aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
