The three sites cover an area of 740 hectares with an estimated development cost of $600m.
The projects could meet the demand of around 85,000 homes annually and avoid around 500,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel generation per year.
Genesis said the first of these sites is expected to start operations in 2026.
