CNOOC Limited begins Enping 18-6 oilfield production
The oilfield project includes one wellhead platform and 15 development wells.
CNOOC Limited began operations and production of the Enping 18-6 Oilfield Development Project, which has average depth of 99 metres.
Located in the Pearl River Mouth Basin of the South China Sea, its main facilities are comprised of one wellhead platform, alongside 15 development wells that are planned for the next production.

The Enping 18-6 project is projected to reach peak production of an estimated 9,300 barrels of crude oil per day in 2024.
Currently, CNOOC Limited controls 100% interest in the project and acts as the operator.
