2018 Asian Power Utility Forum closes with over 50 attendees in Kuala Lumpur leg
Key executives from Malaysia's big utilities flocked to the event.
Asian Power successfully closed the last leg of its 3-city Asian Power Utility Forum 2018 road show with a jam-packed event at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on April 24 with more than 50 delegates.
Mike Thomas, partner at The Lantau Group, opened the event with a presentation on the era of battery storage.
Abdul Rahim Md Noh, Group CEO at Nur Power followed with a discussion on digitalisation in the world of electricity supply industry whilst Dr. Wei-nee Chen, Chief Corporate Officer, SEDA Malaysia came next as he discussed renewable energy picking up in momentum.
