Zhongbin Lu now is head of power & utilities department of Bureau Veritas Greater China Industry and Facilities Division. He had worked for first level EPC contractors of China and international, as well as international power company and manufacturer group in the functions of project controls, project management, procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, business development, finance etc. In the past of 25 years, he have performed a lot in risk prevention and profit improvement for the companies he worked for, and assisted Chinese companies to expand international markets and international companies cost saving by successfully sourcing from China as well. He is qualified Chinese consultant engineer, CPA and CPM of ISM.
